Switch Frontside Nosegrind 180 Out - by Fletcher
This one's for the more advanced skaters out there, and should give the less advanced something to work toward.
I guess it should be clear that to do a Switch Frontside Nose Grind, you need to be able to Ollie, then Switch Ollie, and do a Frontside Nose Grind.
Check out the video clip here.

Head toward the ledge, box, curb or other grindable spot at fairly good speed, frontside, in switch position. As you approach the ledge, spot the place you want to hit for the grind. Snap a mighty Switch Ollie.
You can see in frame 2 that during the Ollie, Fletcher moves his front foot up on the nose of the board, preparing to hold the board in a Manual position for the Nose Grind.

In frame 3, Fletch has landed in the Nose Grind, and he balances in the position calmly, even as he prepares to do the 180 out.
In frame 4 you can see that he is starting to turn his body and his board backside.

In frames 5 and 6, he continues to turn the 180. You can see that his board comes off his feet a bit. I think Fletcher will not be so happy when he sees this -- he'd rather stay stuck to the board. But hell, it's frickin' switch -- so I'm cutting him some slack. Still good!

OK -- frames 7 and 8 finish the move. Check out the foot positioning on the landing -- that is where Fletch redeems himself. He lands with his feet really in a prefect position for the next move, and with good style.
